Upgrading
Sign in with the same Google account you use in Duobot. Your purchase is linked to that account.
Click Get Max and sign in with the Google account you use in the extension.
After sign-in, Stripe opens in this tab with your subscription ready.
Card details go to Stripe, never to us. Max switches on within seconds on every browser where you are signed in.
Paid but still locked? Open your profile in the panel and press I already paid, check again. If that does not do it, write to us and we will sort it out.

Billing
Yes. Max renews every six months on the date you first paid, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Stripe emails a receipt for every payment.
Write to contact@appduobot.com from the email address of your Google account. We cancel the renewal and Max keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for. Removing the extension does not cancel the subscription by itself.
Yes, within 7 days of any payment, first or renewal. A refund ends Max straight away. The details are on Refunds and cancellation.
Stripe shows the price in your local currency where it can, and that is the amount you are charged. Your bank may add its own fees for foreign payments.
Yes. If you have a code, enter it on the Stripe checkout page before you pay.
Yes. Max belongs to your Google account, so it unlocks on every Chrome where you sign in to Duobot with that account. One purchase is for one person and one Duolingo profile.
Yes. Sign in with Google and pick Use the free version. Signed out, Duobot stays locked: no automation, no mods, no settings and no reminders.
No. The two daily lessons come back every day. The 20 solves are a one-time allowance to try the bot; once they are used up, Max is the way to keep going.
